Arts and Handcrafts Exhibition 24 July-8 August 2004
The Bordrum Arts and Handcrafts Exhibition, which will be held for the first time in one of Turkey’s most important Tourism Centers, is being organized on an area 5.000 m². It will be organized with the support of the Bodrum Municipality and will take place at the peak of the summer season, lasting for 16 full days. In addition to the locals and domestic tourists, a lot of foreign tourists are also expected to visit the fair.

Stand Prices and Payment Schedule
m² price = 120 USD + VAT (Smallest booth allocation possible 9m², available stand sizes are in multiples of 9 m² and 16 m². )
30% of the stand costs should be paid on signing the contract and the 70% balance should be paid before the end of the fair.

Services Included in the Participation Fee
Stand construction, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2shelves, 1 dustbin, 1 ashtray, 1 spotlight for each 3 m², facade panel, general security (security of the stand during the opening hours of the fair shall be the responsibility of the participant), general cleaning services (cleaning inside the stand shall also be the responsibility of the participant), provision of “all risk” insurance up to TL 40,000,000 for each m² of stands, allocation of 1 page in the exhibition catalogue for the company profile, promotion of the exhibition via press – broadcasting organs and open air advertisements.
Extra Accessories and Services
Services (tables, chairs, shelves, display cabinets, special sections, telephone lines, fax, refrigerators, hostess, translators, handling and clearing services for foreign participants etc.) requested for other than the products and services included in the participation fee will be charged for separately.
Exhibition brochures will be sent to the good and service producers of the sector. Exhibition posters and handout announcements shall be disseminated. Invitiation cards will be delivered to the relevant people concerning the Exhibition. Billboard posters will be placed at important locations around the city. Advertisements shall be printed in the top three regional newspapers. The exhibition will also be announced by means of regional radios and televisions.
The Exhibition Catalogue will be printed on colored glossy paper in size 12 x 21 cm. Participants will be able to place adverts in the catalogue to be disseminated to the related associations and organizations and sold to the visitors.

The advertisement films should be submitted by the participants placing advertisements. Framed advertisement films should be prepared one cm smaller than the page size.
Traveling and Accommodation
Traveling and accommodating for foreign participants will be organized by 3F Tourism Traveling Co., Ltd.
Transport, Customs and Handling
Hitit Trans and Hitit Customs Consulting Co. shall provide assistance with regard to transport, customs and handling services to the companies participating in the Exhibition.
