Health is among the primary factors neglected by people in daily life. It is at our discretion to protect our health, which is the most valuable treasure, to enjoy life more, to be happier; in brief, to live more healthily.

What should we do protect our health and spend a high quality and long life?

How can we get away from the daily stress?

Is the sport we are interested in suitable for us?

We are aiming to seek for answers to such and similar questions with “Healthy Life Products Exhibition” that we shall hold in Ankara .

The Exhibition shall provide the accession of many products and services supplied by and including a wide range of institutions, organizations, associations, medical centers, gymnasiums, natural food, personal healthcare products, yoga centers and health insurance agencies within this field.

Information about Exhibition

The Exhibition shall be held at Ankara Altinpark Fuar Merkezi B Blok ( Ankara Altinpark Exhibition Center , Block B) on 14 – 18 April 2004. Associations and organizations related to the concerned field support the exhibition organized by Forza Exhibition and Organization Services, Inc.

During the Exhibition which shall be held at the same time with “Camp, Caravan, Tourism and Nature Sports Exhibition”, seminars and certificate programs shall be held in relation to the healthy life, and also the participants shall be able to hold meetings to introduce their products and companies.

Products and Services to be Introduced / Exhibited in the Exhibition

  • Child health and healthcare products,
  • Personal and general customs clearing agents,
  • Sports materials,
  • Condition devices,
  • Massage devices,
  • Condition, aerobic and gymnastics centers,
  • Yoga and meditation techniques and centers,
  • Health / life / retirement insurances,
  • Beauty and skin care products,
  • Cosmetics,
  • Thermal springs, Turkish baths, steam rooms and saunas,
  • Massage pools and equipments,
  • Ambulance companies,
  • Orthopedic beds,
  • Medical ancillary clothes (corsets, orthopedic footwear / slippers etc.)
  • Hearing devices, diabetes measurement devices etc.,
  • Health releases (magazines, books, CDs, cassettes, web pages etc.)
  • Related associations and organizations.

Visiting Hours

10.00 a.m. – 08.00 p.m.


Retail sales shall be made within the exhibition.

Participation Fee and Payment

80 USD plus VAT per m² with stand,

60 USD plus VAT per m² with stand at balcony floor (Hall A2) (for hot springs , thermal springs and Turkish baths).

10 USD discount on each m² shall be applicable for those desiring to construct their own stands.

The smallest stand is 9 m².

30 % of the participation fee shall be paid at signature of the contract, and the remaining amount shall be paid on 15 April 2004 . Effective Sales Exchange Rate of Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey applicable on the day of payment shall be taken as basis for the payments.

Services Included in the Participation Fee

Stand construction, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 dustbin, 1 ashtray, 1 spot for each 3 m², facade panel, general security (the security of the stand during the time when the exhibition is open shall be under the responsibility of the participant), general cleaning services (cleaning inside the stand shall be under the responsibility of the participant), provision of “all risk” insurance up to TL 20,000,000 for each m² of stands, allocation of 1 page in the exhibition catalogue for the company profile, promotion of the exhibition via press – broadcasting organs and open air advertisements.

Extra Materials and Services

Services (table, chair, shelf, display cabinet, special section, telephone line, fax, refrigerator, hostess, translator, handling and clearing services for foreign participants etc.) to be demanded other than the products and services included in the participation fee shall be charged separately.


Newspapers, magazines, televisions and radios shall be informed by means of press releases, and it shall be ensured that the subject matter is maintained in the agenda of media.

Brochures, posters and invitation cards to be printed for promoting the exhibition shall be disseminated to the persons, authorities, organizations and associations related to the sector.

Manual announcements including information about the exhibition shall be disseminated at locations such as shopping centers, universities and streets which are crowded with people.

Placards related to the exhibition shall be hung on billboards and municipal buses.

The Exhibition shall be announced in web pages and releases of associations and organizations related to the sector.

Advertorials related to the exhibition shall be printed and broadcast in Ankara editions of top three high – circulated national newspapers and radios broadcasting in Ankara .

The persons and associations related to the sector shall be contacted by means of telemarketing, and they shall be requested to participate in and visit the exhibition.

Exhibition Catalogue

The Exhibition Catalogue shall be printed in colored glossy paper in size 12 x 21 cm. The participants shall be able to order advertisements on the catalogue to be disseminated to the related associations and organizations and sold to the visitors.

Advertisement Fees

Colored Back Cover Page : 1000 USD + VAT

Colored Inner Cover Pages : 500 USD + VAT

Colored Inner Pages : 250 USD + VAT

The advertisement films should be submitted by the participants ordering advertisements. Framed advertisement films should be prepared one cm smaller than the page size.

Traveling and Accommodation

Traveling and accommodating of participants from abroad shall be organized by 3F Tourism Traveling Co., Ltd.

Transport, Customs and Handling

Hitit Trans and Hitit Customs Consulting Co. shall provide assistance with regard to transport, customs and handling services to the companies participating in the Exhibition.
