ANKARA 7th ARTS & HANDICRAFTS FAIR

We rolled up our sleeves 7 years ago in order to make Ankara the capital city of the art as
well.
So far, thousands of participants from various countries have met art
lovers. The tile of Kütahya, the hand-woven of Denizli, the raw silk of Hatay, the wooden engraving of Maraş, the kilim of Hakkari, the sepiolite of Eskişehir and many other products have been exhibited together with
genuine, local and original works from many countries.
We hosted our guests from Germany, Azerbajian, China, Indonesia,
Philippines, South Africa, Georgia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kenya,
Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Romania, Srilanka, Tanzania,
Thailand, Türkiye, Ukraine, Oman, Jordan, Zimbabwe in 2000. We enlivened the feast of art with folk
dances, concerts, dance shows and fashion shows.
We expect you to come to Ankara for our fair which is full of art and
culture. |
Visit Hours:
The fair will be open to visitors between 10.00 am-20.00 pm.
Fees of Participation and Payment Terms:
| Cost of exhibition stands is 1 m² |
80 US Dollar+VAT |

The smallest stand is 6 m².
30 % of the participation fee shall be paid upon signing the contract, 40 % on August 24, 2001 and % 30 on October 15, 2001. Payments will be based on the current effective sales rate of the Central Bank on the date of
payment. |

Services Included in the Fees:
Booth construction, rug, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 shelves, 1 wastebasket, 1 ashtray, 1 spotlight per 3 m², frontal sign, general security (booth security during hours of visit will be provided by each participant), general cleaning services (expect internal cleaning of the booth which will be done by each participant), all risk insurance up to TL 10.000.000 per 1 m² of the booth, including firm information in the fair cataloque, advertising the fair through printed media and open air advertisement. |
Extra Materials and Services
Any extra materials and services other than those included in
participation fee shall be separately chargeable (i.e. table, chair, shelf,
display window, special partition, telephone lines, fax machine,
refrigerator, hostess, translator, handling and customs clearance for
foreign participants etc.)

Fair Catalogue
Fair cataloque will be 12x21 cm. in Turkish-English. Participants may
order advertisements to be put in the cataloque in exchange of a fee, to
be distributed to relevant establishments and visitors. |

Advertisement films to be published shall be provided by the
advertiser. Films having frames must be prepared one cm smaller than the specified paper size, in all
dimensions. |
Sales
Retail sales will be made during the fair. |
Travelling and Accommodation
Participant's travel and accommodation affairs will be organized by 3F Tourism and Travel Agency an affiliate of Forum Co. Inc. |
